1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Dating Coach mobile application or visiting datingcoach.pro (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use the Service
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
3. What the Service Is
Dating Coach is a skills training application designed to help users practise communication and social skills through conversation simulations. The Service is for educational and entertainment purposes only.
The Service does not:
- Guarantee any dating outcomes or relationship success
- Connect you with real people
- Provide licensed psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice
- Endorse manipulation tactics or disrespectful behaviour toward others
4. Account and Access
The Service uses anonymous device-based identification. You do not need to create an account with an email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of the Service on your device.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are:
- Billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies
To cancel a subscription, use the standard cancellation process in the App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for in-app purchases.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Circumvent any technical restrictions or monetisation mechanisms
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our permission
- Attempt to access other users' data or our backend systems
7. Generated Content
Responses generated by characters and the coach within the Service are automated and for practice purposes only. They do not reflect the views of real people and should not be treated as professional advice. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected — use your own judgement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service — including but not limited to text, illustrations, UI design, personas, and training scenarios — is owned by or licensed to Shitty Apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you input into the Service (your messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input to provide and improve the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shitty Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and then through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
